5. Virtual items and accounts

All game accounts, characters, items, gold and other virtual content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or traded outside the game, and may be changed or removed as part of gameplay balance updates.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the game online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance or data loss.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
